What is the Summit dress attire?

Most conferences are business attire or business casual.

Do I need to wear issued name badge?

All delegates are required to wear their issued name badges at all time as the name badge is the identification to participate sessions, opening ceremony, closing ceremony, welcome reception and exhibition.
you could obtain all things in the register center in the lobby of intercontinental hotel the 24th OCT.


Working lunches during the Conference sessions are in Conference venue and they are included in the registration fees.

Passport & Visa Application

? All foreign attendees entering China must possess valid Passports and Visas.

Passports must be valid for longer than the period of stay in China.

Attendees can apply for a Chinese visa directly at the nearest Chinese Embassy and Consulates. 

? General visa information should be obtained from your local Chinese Consulate. 

? As Visas may take some time to process (in case more than one month), please make sure to apply early. 

? Participants who require an official letter of invitation for visa application should contact with the Secretariat of the Conference. please choice yes in the registration form.

Please write your email using subject "Require invitation letter for AGRIEVOLUTION2017", and indicate

    4) Nationality

    5) Passport Number

    6) Your Paper ID: (main conference or workshop)

    7) The dates you expect to arrive and depart China

    8) Name of the COUNTRY you will apply for a Chinese visa.
